When I photograph people, eyes are what I focus on. Literally. They are my focal point. And Cailey's eyes? Wow! Her eyes are so pretty and absolutely loved my camera!

She has the prettiest colored blond hair and these striking blue eyes. She is stunning!

We had a fun time wandering around downtown finding perfect spots for her pictures. Great light. Nice backgrounds. Perfect colors for her. We also traveled out to her house on the lake. I enjoy photo sessions at a client's home because not only are they comfortable with the setting but it helps me ease them into photographing them, knowing they are relaxed.

Such a nice girl, she is. And while it was quite windy, causing fly away hair, it was a warmer, fall evening and we found places to hide from the wind. Like this spot near the river bank. So very pretty!

Her home is surrounded by fields of wildflowers. Tall hardwoods and a nearby old, rundown shed. Absolutely perfect backdrops for picture taking. Add in Danielle's beautiful eyes and smile, makes for a very happy photographer.

Meet Alicia. Class of 2012. Prettiest eyes ever. Sweetest personality. She was a blast to work with. We laughed alot. She had ideas in mind of how she wanted her session to go. Tall grasses. Hay field full of flowering greens and purples. Perfect lighting from the setting sun on the lake. Gorgeous!

I captured some amazing images from her. Images I worked hard for! Like wading in deep water and mucky lake bottom, trying not to drop my camera gear or lose a sandal! Alicia saved my first lost sandal, thankfully! Thanks again Alicia!

I left this session with a pair of wet capris and sandals but with a feeling of bliss knowing it was all worth it 100%!

I love when a client wants to add props to their photo session and with Jared, he wanted pictures with his dad's totally cool car. I was all for it. What a classic car and have to say Jared, you looked the part along side it!
With my high school senior packages I offer several locations for them to have their pictures taken. I was happy with photograghing him on his dad's farm and then in town at a local "hot spot" for photographers. Such picturesque settings. Perfect backgrounds. Awesome lighting.

Meet Megan. Class of 2012. Ready for her senior year and her last year as a high school student. And I think she is pretty excited about that!
When we first began discussing what type of images Megan wanted for her senior pictures, I gathered ideas in my head. She wanted a country road. Tall grasses. Old barns. Lucky for me, living in the country I had some perfect spots in mind to take her pictures.
We had beautiful light that evening. Field of tall grasses. Country dirt road. Old hay barn. And beautiful bokeh.........bubbles of light in the background. Loved this session.
